About Me

I have been a therapist for almost three decades and there has been no greater priviledge for me than witnessing a client connect to their authentic self and live a more balanced and heart-centered life. Change can be challenging and overwhelming, yet it is necessary in order for us to grow. My experience as a therapist has lead me to believe in the body's wisdom. I acknowledge the importance of working with our thoughts and beliefs, yet we need to involve the body in this journey for a deeper transformation. That is why I offer a variety of mind-body techniques.

My goal is to empower each client by teaching a vast array of skills. We all know life can be busy and hectic, so I offer quick and easy tools for everyday use. Learning theory teaches us that change occurs through repetition and practice. I am here to assist clients in developing a helpful and practical routine that can create a more balanced life.

"Be the change you wish to see
